The Request for Proposal (RFP) seeks consultant services in support of the public outreach process for a Midtown Community Plan and also includes whether a business improvement district is feasible for the Midtown District Area.  The project will be led by the Municipality of Anchorage Long-Range Planning Department in partnership with Anchorage Community Development Authority.

The consultant project manager and consultant team will work directly with the ACDA and Long-Range Planning Department Project Managers to refine the scope of work, project schedule, and deliverables. The consultant project manager will ensure the project is completed on time and within budget

Proposals will be accepted starting on Wednesday, August 30, 2023, through 4:00 PM on September 20, 2023 via www.periscopeholdings.com/s2g under the title "Midtown District Plan and BID Survey Review".
