The Request for Proposal (RFP) seeks qualified bidders to complete stair tower restoration at the 7th & G parking garage in Anchorage, Alaska.

Electronic Proposal Documents in pdf format, will be available on the Periscope S2G website at https://www.periscopeholdings.com/s2g on January 24, 2024.

No deposit or fee is required to obtain proposal documents, registration is required to log on to Periscope S2G website.

A mandatory pre-bid conference will February 15, 2024, 10:00 a.m. AKST. All interested parties will meet at the ACDA office, 245 W 5th Ave., Suite 122. Parties are expected to tour the 7th & G parking garage facility. Park at the 5th & B parking garage, located at 420 B Street, Anchorage, AK. Parking will be validated.

Any questions regarding this proposal are to be submitted via  www.periscopeholdings.com/s2g no later than February 26, 2024, 2:00 pm AKST.

Proposals are due to be submitted on Periscope no later than February 29, 2024 2:00 pm AKST.
