Today, Executive Director Andrew Halcro announced his resignation, effective immediately. While this announcement was unexpected at this time, it was not unexpected that Mr. Halcro would be resigning during the month of June 2021.

“We have a strong Board and a strong staff that will continue moving the organization forward,” said Mike Mills, Anchorage Community Development Authority (ACDA) Chair for the Board of Directors.” “I appreciate the collaboration and support of the Mayor’s Office, and look forward to our upcoming housing development projects that will advance our mission and the city as a whole.”
