The Anchorage Community Development Authority (ACDA) is seeking proposals from qualified agencies for the redevelopment of the Transit Center located at 700 W 6th Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska. The request for proposal is available here. Documents can be found under the title: “RFP 2017-03 Redevelopment of Property Known as the Transit Center Located at 700 W. 6th Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska.” No deposit or fee is required to obtain Proposal Documents and registration is required to log on to the Bidsync website.

A site visit will be held on June 26, 2017 from 10:00 a.m. until approximately 12:00 p.m. at the Transit Center. Please report to the north side of the Transit Center located at 700 W 6th Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska. A pre-proposal question and answer session will be held on July 11, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. (AKST) 245 W. 5th Ave., Suite 122, Anchorage, Alaska or via teleconference at 907-297-4481, enter extension 1 and code 5555#. Call 907-276-7275 only for general questions on the site visit and pre-proposal questions and answer session, directions, etc.

Proposals are due no later than 5:00 p.m. on July 31, 2017.  ACDA reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any defects when, in the opinion of ACDA, such rejection or waiver will be in the best interest of ACDA.
