The Anchorage Community Development Authority (ACDA) is soliciting proposals from qualified proposers for the Fireweed Flats, RFP 2026-01, a workforce housing development project located at 202 & 204 East Fireweed Lane in Anchorage, Alaska.

A non-mandatory pre-proposal TEAMS meeting has been scheduled for April 14, 2026, at 3pm AK local time. Link information to the meeting is the following:

Proposals will be accepted until 4pm AK local time on May 15, 2026.

Proposals may also be delivered to ACDA at 245 West 5th Avenue, Suite 122 before the deadline; provided that any proposals delivered to ACDA’s office must include an electronic version of the entire proposal.
