Muldoon’s Moment is here.
Fully funded by a federal grant, the Municipality of Anchorage is creating the Muldoon Road Areawide Plan, a community driven effort to guide future improvements and redevelopment along the Muldoon Road corridor. The plan will look at what’s working today and where there are opportunities to improve safety, housing options, transportation, and the overall look and feel of the area.

Community input is a key part of this process.
‍We want to hear from people who live, rent, work, own businesses, or travel along Muldoon Road about their experiences, concerns, and ideas for the future.You can participate by attending an in person open house, where you’ll learn about the project, share your thoughts through interactive activities, and talk directly with the project team. If you’re unable to attend in person, there will also be online opportunities to learn more and provide feedback through a project website and survey. Your input will help shape future housing, connections, and redevelopment along the Muldoon Road corridorPlease lend your voice to this effort! Stay tuned for more details.

Project Funding

This study is fully funded through a U.S. Environmental Protection Agency grant awarded to the Municipality of Anchorage to support planning and redevelopment efforts. No City general funds are being used.
