ACDA Parking Services offers event parking coordination services to help our downtown guests and to minimize inconveniences.

Among the services provided are:

•   Identification of parking options
•   Cashier Attendants - Entry & Exit
•   Garage Parking Validation Program
•   Security
•   Traffic Control
•   Special Use Permits
•   On-Street Meter Bagging
•   Other services

Event parking may be reserved at any time including weekdays, evenings and weekends.

Garage Validation Program

Garage parking validation is a co-operative effort between ACDA, merchants and event organizers that allows the user the ability to give their customers different options on parking fees within ACDA's garages. Participating merchants and event organizers may choose from several low cost options which in turn help their customers to exit the garage more affordably and expediently.

The garage validation program not only promotes businesses by offering different options on parking fees but also creates a loyalty base for returning customers.

To begin this program, merchants and event organizers will need to set up a validation agreement with ACDA and pay a small premium for the ability to offer garage parking validation for their customers.
