ACDA Parking Services is dedicated to accommodating the particular parking needs and uses of the City’s business and residential areas. We administer several parking permit programs that address specific local needs and maximize parking opportunities – thus improving quality of life for all of us who live, work and do business within the Municipality of Anchorage.

Garages
ACDA Parking Services operates 4 parking garages that provides 2,700 parking spaces to Anchorage visitors and workers in downtown Anchorage. Hourly and monthly parking is available 24/7 for these garages.

Surface Lots
ACDA Parking Services operates several surface lots throughout downtown Anchorage. We provide over 1,300 off-street parking spaces to Anchorage visitors and workers in the downtown core. Hourly, monthly and long-term parking is available 24/7 for our specified areas.

Pay by Phone - All ACDA surface lots can take payment by using our pay by phone service. Parkers may also select the option to receive a text message reminder minutes before their time expires and add more time remotely. First time users can set up an account by calling 1-888-450-Park or www.paybyphone.com.

Meters
ACDA Parking Services also manages on-street parking for downtown Anchorage. We provide over 1,400 on-street parking spaces to visitors, residents and workers in the downtown core. Not only do meters provide short term parking for visitors in the downtown core, but meters that are not in high-usage areas are being utilized as long-term parking solutions.

Residential Parking
Residents in eligible areas can purchase parking permits that exempt them from meter and time limit restrictions on posted blocks. These permits assist residents in finding parking spaces near their home, enhancing quality of life in residential areas with insufficient on-street parking – such as those that are adjacent to businesses or large institutions.

Park Strip
Along the south side of 10th Avenue between "B" Street and "L" Street, permit parking is available and public parking is available during the evening and weekends.
