ACDA Parking Services offers three ways to pay ACDA & APD parking violations, so that you can choose the method that is most convenient for you.

Pay a Parking Violation Online
Please have your violation number or plate number ready. Pay your violation online now.

Pay a Parking Violation by Mail
For your peace of mind, do not mail cash. Remember to write your violation number on your check or money order.

Pay a Parking Violation in Person
We are available from 7:30 am - 5:00 pm weekdays. You can visit us or mail your payment to the following:

If you do not want to make payment, but rather appeal your violation, we accept appeals through the mail, via fax and on-line.

Appealing Parking Violations
Parking Infractions (ACDA Parking Services) You may appeal your infraction by filing out an ACDA Parking Infraction Appeal, within fifteen (15) days of the issue date of the infraction. The form may be obtained from this website, picked up in person, mailed or faxed to you.

Parking Citations (Anchorage Police Department) You may appeal your citation by filing out a Request for Court Hearing on Parking Citation within thirty (30) days of the issue date of the citation. The form may be obtained from this website, picked up in person, mailed or faxed to you.
