ACDA Development brings together resources to create development and redevelopment opportunities that forward municipal goals and objectives, using innovation, partnerships, sound planning and incentives. ACDA focuses on projects that will revitalize problem properties, create jobs, increase tax revenue, improve neighborhood appearance and encourage attractive, vibrant and new development.

ACDA is charged with investigating and studying real estate conditions within the Municipality. We may acquire an interest in and dispose of real property, and design, construct, improve and repair municipal property owned or managed by ACDA. We also may operate, manage and control Municipal land owned or managed by ACDA.

We respond to the changing needs of our dynamic community through facilitating successful development and, creating development opportunities for the highest public benefit by using innovation, partnerships, sound planning and incentives.
